BUILT FOR SMARTER TRAINING

Better decisions from
the data you already log.

Level Up uses your workouts, performance, recovery and weight trends to help you decide when to progress, hold steady or make an adjustment.

01 · PROGRAMMING

Smarter program building

Start with a plan that fits your goal, schedule, priorities and exercise constraints.

02 · PROGRESS

Real progress tracking

Keep your loads, reps, volume and trends connected so progress is easy to see.

03 · GUIDANCE

Guidance from your actual data

Use your completed training and trends to decide whether to push, hold or adjust.

Evidence-informed, without the textbook.Level Up draws on current resistance-training research while keeping the product focused on practical decisions.
COACHING IN THE WORKOUTGuidance where you need it.
PERFORMANCE-BASED PROGRESSION

The app coaches the set you are actually doing.

Level Up compares today’s work with your programmed rep range and previous performance so progression has context.

  • Hit the top of your range across completed working sets and Level Up can recommend more load
  • Miss the range across most sets and it can suggest backing off
  • Your previous performance stays beside today’s work so you can see what changed

FAQ

Questions before you start?

What does evidence-informed mean?

Level Up uses established resistance-training principles as guardrails, then applies them to the workouts and trends you log. The goal is practical guidance, not academic complexity.

Is Level Up a human or AI coach?

No. Level Up is a training app with coaching-style decision rules built around the data you log.

How does workout progression guidance work?

Level Up compares completed working sets with the rep range programmed for that exercise. When your completed sets reach the top of the range, it can recommend a practical load increase. If most completed sets fall below the range, it can suggest a lighter load.

Why track weekly muscle volume?

Weekly muscle-set distribution helps you see whether your program is actually putting enough work where you intended.

How does the nutrition coach adjust calories?

During an active nutrition phase, Level Up waits for enough weigh-ins to establish a trend, then compares that trend with your target weekly pace before recommending a change.

Is the beta free?

Yes. The current founding beta is free to use in your browser and can be added to your home screen as a Progressive Web App.
